APP Photo Munir Butt APP37-07 Previous Post MUZAFFARGARH: June 07 – Centuries old, Tahir Khan Nahar Tomb, which closely resembles Hazrat Shah Rukn-i-Alam Multani mausoleum, is depicting a picture of neglect as colours of its tiles are fading besides deterioration of exterior walls. Located in an ancient city of Seetpur near Alipur, Muzaffargarh, the tomb was built at the end of 15th century in life of Tahir Khan Nahar who was member of Mughal empire. It was constructed in raised octagonal platform with 45 feet height whereas its exterior is decorated with glazed titles in green, thick blue and white colour which are laid in geometrical and floral pattern. It is octagonal with octagonal drum and hemispherical dome. (Match the picture with feature already been released).
