ISLAMABAD, May 06 (APP):Federal Minister of Human Rights Dr Shireen Mazari Wednesday congratulated three photojournalists of Indian occupied Kashmir Dar Yasin, Mukhtar Khan and Channi Anand on winning Pulitzer award.
