No discrimination being meted to Nawaz in jail: Vawda

ISLAMABAD, Aug 27 (APP):Federal Minister for Water Resources Faisal Vawda on Tuesday said that no discrimination was being meted to former prime minister Nawaz Sharif as he was being provided facilities in accordance with jail manual.

No one was above the law, however, different rules were practiced in jails for the poor and the rich, he said while talking to a private news channel.

To a question about development works in the provinces, he said after the 18th Constitutional Amendment, those in power in the province would have to deliver for their constituents.

As regards the all parties conference, he said the Kashmir issue was more important than discussing the APC.
