LAHORE, Jun 24 (APP):The Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) celebrated the Olympic Day here at the POA House in line with the guidelines of International Olympic Committee.
The Olympic Day celebrations were participated on Sunday by a galaxy of former hockey stalwarts and Olympics including Col (R) Syed Mudassar Asghar, Manzoor ul Hassan Senior, Saleem Nazim, Naveed Alam, Khuwaja Junaid,besides hockey tehncical officials Muhammad Imran Faisal Karim and Rabia Ashiq) and Elite Athletes (Nauman Karim, Saadi Abbas, Talha Talib, Nooh Butt, Rana Muhammad Jamil Ahmad and Afshan Noreen), said Muhammad Khalid Mehmood, Secretary, POA on Monday.
