No compromise on establishment of South Punjab province: Qureshi

MULTAN, June 04 (APP):Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Tuesday said there would be no compromise on the establishment of South Punjab province as it was part of the election manifesto of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.

Addressing at an Iftar-dinner here, Qureshi said he would hold meetings with leaders of all the political leaders to build a consensus on the issue.

He said a master plan was being evolved for the development of Multan city. Various development schemes of education, health, Sui gas, roads and electricity would be started in South Punjab.

He said the government was fully aware of the public issues and all promises made with the masses would be fulfilled. The public money would be spent on public facilitation.
