Fawad for promoting Pak-Japan cooperation in S&T

ISLAMABAD, May 17 (APP):Minister for Science and Technology Chaudhry Fawad Hussain Friday said that Pakistan and Japan needed to jointly work for the promotion of science and technology.
In a meeting with Ambassador of Japan to Pakistan Kuninori Matsuda at the ministry, the minister said that Japan had a standing in the world in terms of technological advancement and development.
He said that Pakistan had always highly valued its bilateral relations with Japan and would like to invest in the field of science and technology.
On the ambition of ambassador to visit all universities under the Ministry of Science and Technology, the minister directed the authorities concerned to make arrangement for the envoy’s visit.
The ambassador appreciated the vision of the minister and offered full support in the field of science and technology.
