Imran Khan lauded as first PM to embrace people of tribal areas with love, affection: Firdous

ISLAMABAD, May 02 (APP):Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said on Thursday that Imran Khan is the first Prime Minister who has visited tribal areas time and again and embraced them with love and affection.

Using her twitter handle, she said the areas where smell of gunpower used to be spread everywhere, now fragrance of flowers was enlightening the lives of the locals.

She payed rich tributes to valiant Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies who have restored peace in the country by offering unprecedented sacrifices.

She said that tribal people demonstrated great courage, steadfastness and determination in facing the difficult times with patriotism and now they were reaping its fruits in the shape of constitutional and democratic rights, development and progress.
