ISLAMABAD, Apr 4 (APP):Egyptians Mostafa Asal and Youssef Soliman Thursday moved in the final of the Chief of the Air Staff-Serena Hotels International Squash Tournament for Men played here at Mushaf Squash Complex.
The semifinals of International Squash Tournament for Men and Serena Hotels-Condor Pakistan International Squash Tournament for Women were played here at Mushaf Squash Complex.
In the first semi-final Mostafa Asal (Egypt) beat Greg Lobban (Scotland) by 11-5, 5-11, 11-3 and 11-8 (3-1). The match lasted for 46 minutes.
In the second semi-final, Youssef Soliman (Egypt) beat Karim Al Fathi (Egypt) by 11-5, 13-11, 6-11, 11-6 (3-1) in 66 minutes.
Meanwhile, Farida Mohamed (Egypt) and Cindy Merlo (Switzerland) made it to the final of International Squash Tournament for Women.
In the first semi-final Farida Mohamed (Egypt) beat Sana Ibrahim (Egypt) by 10-12, 11-3, 11-9, 17-19 and 11-9 (3-2). The match lasted for 53 minutes.
The second semi-final was won by Cindy Merlo (Switzerland), who defeated Jihyun Lee (Korea) by 11-4, 11-8, 8-11, 9-11 and 12-10 (3-2) in 36 minutes.
