Intending pilgrims must participate in Media awareness campaigns: Minister Qadri

ISLAMABAD, Mar 10 (APP):Minister for Religious Affairs Noor-Ul-Haq Qadri on Sunday appreciated the Prime Minister Imran Khan for taking a score of remarkable steps for the betterment of intending Hajj pilgrims.
Talking to PTV news he said,” I am very happy today because 200,000 pilgrims will perform hajj this year, adding, with the government’s effort Saudi Arabia has increased quota of Pakistani pilgrims for 2019 Hajj by five thousand”.
He advised all the intending pilgrims to participate in ‘media awareness campaigns’ as these workshops would help them, adding, the campaigns would guide them about proper way to perform hajj, edibles, accommodations and luggage
through booklets and documentaries
Responding to a question he said awareness campaigns would be held in all provinces and the religious ministry was taking all measures to facilitate intending pilgrims as PM has also directed to facilitate the pilgrims with best arrangements.
The Minister further said PM Imran Khan deserves nation’ s respect and love as he was putting his all efforts for portraying the soft image of the country across the globe.
