PM for awareness drive against adulterated food items

LAHORE, Mar 9 (APP):Prime Minister Imran Khan Saturday urged the Punjab Food Authority (PFA) to launch a full-fledged awareness drive against adulterated food items.
During a briefing by the PFA here, the prime minister was apprised on the steps being taken by the Authority to curb the food adulteration.
Director General of the Authority also briefed the prime minister about the measures were being taken to ensure quality and pure eatables to the consumers.
The prime minister directed for a devising a comprehensive strategy to ensure the supply of healthy milk and called for strict action against the milk adulterators.
