PMYA to launch Youth Business Scheme program

ISLAMABAD, Feb 14 (APP):Prime Minister’s Youth Affairs has planned to launch “Youth Business Scheme” under their program Kamyab Jawan Program to empower maximum youth to earn livelihood with dignity.
According to an official, the ministry in collaboration with the State Bank of Pakistan will grant a loan of three categories to youth.
He said that in first category up to RS 5 million with interest rate of 6 percent, in second category RS 2.5 million with interest rate of 8 percent and RS 2 million to Rs 25 million with interest rate of 10 percent will be granted.
He informed that loan will be guaranteed on clean landing in first and second category, as there will be no other guarantee is needed and only personal guarantee will be taken.
Loan will be applied through any branch of National Bank of Pakistan, Bank of Punjab and Bank of Khyber, he said.
He said that according to PM’s vision, they are working to facilitate the youth to make them self-determining and self sufficient.
