ISLAMABAD, April 27 (APP): Advisor to Prime Minister on National
History and Literary Heritage Division Irfan Siddiqui on Wednesday
said that countrywide campaign should be started for creating awareness among masses about thalassemia.
He stated this while addressing the participants of a seminar
organized by Mir Khalil ur Rehman Memorial Society and Safe Blood
Transfusion Programme here at local hotel.
Advisor to PM who was the chief guest on the occasion, said that media should be focused on creating awareness about thalassemia in the country.
