ISLAMABAD, Nov 7 (APP):Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, on Saturday focused on government commitment of development, public welfare and addressing the country’s pressing challenges.
While talking to private TV channel, he said no government wanted political instability or an atmosphere of confrontation, adding that the government was focused on development, economic progress and public welfare.
He said differences of opinion between the political parties were the essence of the democracy, which should be resolved through dialogue.
The minister said that the country was facing multiple challenges, including internal and external security threats, which required national unity, political stability and a collective approach from all stakeholders.
