The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Lahore Zone has arrested two human traffickers involved in migrant smuggling and work visa fraud, recovering details of fraud amounting to Rs6.7 million. According to an FIA spokesperson, the suspects, identified as Ghulam Abbas and Chaudhry Adnan Akram War, were arrested from different areas of Gujrat.

LAHORE, Nov 04 (APP):The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Lahore Zone has arrested two human traffickers involved in migrant smuggling and work visa fraud, recovering details of fraud amounting to Rs6.7 million.
According to an FIA spokesperson, the suspects, identified as Ghulam Abbas and Chaudhry Adnan Akram War, were arrested from different areas of Gujrat.
Ghulam Abbas allegedly defrauded a citizen of Rs2.7 million by promising him an Italian work visa. He had been wanted by the FIA Lahore since 2023.
The other suspect, Adnan War, allegedly deprived citizens of Rs4 million by promising them work visas for the Netherlands.
The FIA arrested both suspects and launched further investigations into the cases.
