He expressed these views while addressing a large public gathering in Battagram on Wednesday, marking the end of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) 14-year rule in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Thousands of PML-N workers and local residents attended the gathering, organised as a Day of Gratitude to celebrate the end of PTI’s 14-year poor rule in the province.

The participants raised enthusiastic slogans in favour of Engineer Amir Muqam, PML-N Quaid Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Punjab Chief Minister, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and the Pakistan Army. They also expressed their support for peace, national security and stability.

Commenting on PTI’s political ambitions, he said the party was dreaming of restoring its government but would have to account for corruption, adding that his party had also faced the consequences of PTI’s tenure in the province.
