RAWALPINDI, Nov 03 (APP): Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Investigation Saifullah held an open court at Police Lines Headquarters on Tuesday to address public complaints and issue directions to the concerned officers for their prompt resolution.
During the open court, the SSP listened to the grievances of citizens and directed the relevant officers to ensure legal action on marked applications within the stipulated timeframe.
He warned that negligence in the prompt resolution of public complaints would not be tolerated under any circumstances.
He further directed the officers to ensure the provision of the best possible service delivery to citizens at police stations at all times.
The SSP said that in line with the vision of Chief Minister Punjab, the protection of citizens’ lives and property and the provision of public facilities remained the foremost priorities, adding that all possible measures were being taken to achieve these objectives.
