NATHIAGALI, Oct 29 (APP): The Galiyat Development Authority (GDA) has demolished several kiosks and illegal structures obstructing the right of way in Nathiagali as part of an ongoing campaign to clear public spaces and improve traffic movement.
The operation is being carried out on the directions of GDA Director General Muhammad Zahiruddin Babar, who said permanent and temporary roadside eateries and stalls would not be allowed to obstruct traffic or encroach on public land.
He said the authority would ensure that the right of way remained free of encroachments and that no pressure would be accepted in efforts to reclaim government land.
