SSP Investigation directs timely action on citizens’ complaints at Open Court
RAWALPINDI, Oct 17 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police SSP Investigation Saifullah held an open court at Police Lines Headquarters to listen to citizens’ complaints and issued directions to the concerned officers for their resolution.
He directed the officers to ensure legal action on marked applications within the stipulated time frame, warning that negligence in resolving citizens’ problems would not be tolerated.
He further instructed the officers to ensure the provision of quality services to citizens at police stations at all times.
In line with the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab, the protection of citizens’ lives and property and the provision of facilities remain the top priorities, for which all necessary measures are being taken, SSP Investigation added.
