Foreign drivers show interest in Thal Jeep Rally
MUZAFFARGARH, Oct 17 (APP):Foreign drivers have expressed interest in participating in the Thal Jeep Rally, scheduled to be held from November 5 to 8, sources in the Punjab Tourism Department said.
The rally will cover four districts of South Punjab — Layyah, Multan, Muzaffargarh and Kot Addu — with Kot Addu hosting the event.
The inaugural ceremony will be held in Multan, while the concluding ceremony will take place at Faisal Stadium in Muzaffargarh. A public holiday has also been announced in Muzaffargarh on the concluding day.
A 200-kilometre track is being prepared for the jeep rally competition.
