Security Forces kill 5 terrorists, injure 4 in Washuk operation
QUETTA, Oct 14 (APP):Security Forces killed five terrorists belonging to Fitna al Hindustan and injured four others during an intelligence-based operation in the Palantak area of Washuk district in Balochistan under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3.
Security sources said that the operation targeted terrorists affiliated with Fitna al-Hindustan, during which their hideouts were engaged with modern weapons.
Security Forces recovered a cache of modern weapons and ammunition from the killed terrorists.
The recovered items included an RPG-7 launcher, five rounds, five advanced weapons along with magazines, three mobile phones and two motorcycles, the sources said.
The killed terrorists were involved in looting local Baloch people, spreading fear and harassment, and damaging infrastructure, they said.
Security Forces remain committed to eliminating terrorism from Balochistan, and operations will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated, the sources added.
