ISLAMABAD, Oct 10 (APP):Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Sunday expressed grief over the martyrdom of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Director General Shamshad Khan, who was killed in a terrorist attack in Tank district.
The interior minister extended his condolences to the family of the martyred official and expressed solidarity with them in their hour of grief.
“We share the grief of the family of Shaheed Shamshad Khan,” Mohsin Naqvi said.
He prayed to Allah Almighty to elevate the ranks of the deceased in the hereafter and grant patience and strength to his bereaved family.
The minister also said that the entire nation remained united and determined in the war against terrorism.
He added that the sacrifices of those who lost their lives in the fight against terrorism would always be remembered.
Mohsin Naqvi expressed his condolences to the bereaved family and reaffirmed that the nation stood together in the face of terrorism.
