ISLAMABAD, Oct 9 (APP): President Asif Ali Zardari on Friday reiterating the nation’s firm resolve to wipe out terrorism, said that the nefarious conspiracies of foreign masters of terrorists and their local facilitators would be thwarted at all costs.
The president, in a statement, paid tribute to the security forces for successfully eliminating seven terrorists belonging to Fitna al-Khwarij during an intelligence-based operation in North Waziristan.
He commended the security forces for their effective operation, which destroyed terrorist hideouts and led to the seizure of a large cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
He said that the entire nation stood shoulder-to-shoulder with its security forces in the ongoing war against terrorism.
