Meeting held to ensure implementation tax laws in Balochistan

QUETTA, Oct 07 (APP): A meeting held between the member (Audit) of the Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) and the Program Coordinator for Special Development Initiatives (SDI).

Discussions focused on tax-related matters and points requiring clarification regarding the Balochistan Sales Tax on Services (BSTS) in the context of the SDI program, particularly concerning solarization.

During the meeting, the applicable BSTS requirements and tax-related issues concerning the solarization program were reviewed, and the need for further clarification and mutual coordination on these matters was discussed.

Emphasis was placed on strengthening institutional cooperation to ensure the effective implementation of tax laws, provide guidance to relevant entities, and clarify tax-related issues.
