KPITB wins ASOCIO Digital Government Award 2026 in Jakarta
PESHAWAR, Oct 06 (APP):The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) has received the prestigious ASOCIO Digital Government Award 2026 in Jakarta, Indonesia, recognising the province’s strides in digital governance and public service delivery.
According to an official statement issued here today, the international accolade reflects Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s ongoing digital transformation being pursued under the Chief Minister’s Good Governance Roadmap and Digital KP Vision 2030, with a focus on delivering more digital, integrated, transparent and citizen-centric public services across the province.
The award, presented by the Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO), acknowledges KPITB’s efforts to leverage technology for improved governance and ease of access to government services for citizens.
The achievement, the statement said, is a testament to the collective efforts of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, KPITB and all stakeholders contributing to the Digital KP initiative.
The ASOCIO Digital Government Award is one of the region’s most recognised honours in the field of information technology, conferred on organisations demonstrating excellence and innovation in digital public service delivery.
