SSP Operations reviews security arrangements at Judicial Complex
RAWALPINDI, Oct 06 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Malik Tariq Mehboob visited the Judicial Complex and Old Katchery to review security arrangements and inspect the deployment of police personnel.
During the visit, the SSP Operations inspected security duties point-by-point and issued instructions to ensure foolproof security at the court premises.
Malik Tariq Mehboob directed police officials to strictly implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) while bringing undertrial prisoners to the courts for hearings and while taking them back after court proceedings.
He further ordered that all individuals entering the Katchery premises must undergo thorough screening through walk-through gates as well as body searches to prevent the entry of any prohibited items.
The SSP Operations emphasized that foolproof security measures must be maintained at all times and directed personnel to remain vigilant while performing their duties.
“Protection of the lives and property of citizens is the foremost priority of Rawalpindi Police,” Malik Tariq Mehboob added.
