D&SJ Abdur Raheem appointed new LHC registrar

Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Aalia Neelum on Monday appointed District and Sessions Judge (D&SJ) Abdur Raheem as the new registrar of the court.

LAHORE, Oct 05 (APP): Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Aalia Neelum on Monday appointed District and Sessions Judge (D&SJ) Abdur Raheem as the new registrar of the court.
A notification issued, following the chief justice’s approval, said D& SJ Abdur Raheem has been appointed registrar in place of D&SJ Raja Qamaruz Zaman.
D&SJ Abdur Raheem has been posted to the BS-22 position of LHC registrar. He was working as Director General Directorate of District Judiciary at the high court.
D&SJ Raja Qamaruz Zaman, who had been serving as the Lahore High Court registrar, has been transferred to Rawalpindi and posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Sessions Court, Rawalpindi.
The notification directed both officers to assume charge of their new assignments by October 6, 2026.
