TikToker booked for alleged firing at Head Constable inside police post

ATTOCK, Oct 5 (APP): Police on Monday registered a case against a TikToker for allegedly opening fire at a head constable inside Burhan Police Post following an altercation, according to the First Information Report (FIR).
Head Constable Haseeb-ul-Hassan, the police post’s moharrar, lodged the complaint at Hassanabdal Police Station, accusing TikToker Laiba Tariq, also known as Gujratan, of attempting to kill him. According to the FIR, the woman allegedly entered the police post and confronted the official over remarks she believed he had made about her.
The FIR stated that a verbal altercation followed, after which the suspect allegedly pulled out a .30-bore pistol and fired at the head constable. The bullet reportedly struck him below his pocket but passed through his wallet, which the complainant said helped prevent a more serious injury.
The suspect allegedly fled the police post during a power outage, taking advantage of the darkness. Police subsequently registered an attempted-murder case and launched raids at various locations to arrest the suspect, while further investigation was underway.
