KP Minister inaugurates three roads in Darra Adam Khel

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Aftab Alam on Monday inaugurated three road projects in Akhorwal area of Tribal Sub-Division (TSD) Darra Adam Khel to improve connectivity and ease travel for local residents.

PESHAWAR, Oct 05 (APP): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Aftab Alam on Monday inaugurated three road projects in Akhorwal area of Tribal Sub-Division (TSD) Darra Adam Khel to improve connectivity and ease travel for local residents.
The projects include a three-kilometre road from Government High School to Eagle Fort, besides roads in Behramo and Lal Baz Kalay areas.
Local leader Haji Abid-ur-Rehman Afridi, tribal elders, community leaders and party workers attended the inauguration ceremonies.
The projects were completed through development funds allocated by Aftab Alam and National Assembly Member Shehryar Afridi, while Haji Abid-ur-Rehman Afridi supervised their execution.
Speaking on the occasion, Aftab Alam said development work was being carried out in line with the vision of PTI government with public needs remaining the focus of infrastructure projects.
“Public welfare and convenience are our priority,” he said, adding that development schemes were being implemented without discrimination and according to the needs of different areas.
The completed roads would help reduce travel difficulties, improve access to schools and other facilities and strengthen connectivity between Akhorwal and surrounding areas.
Local residents welcomed the completion of the projects and appreciated the efforts of the minister, Shehryar Afridi and Haji Abid-ur-Rehman Afridi.
