JEDDAH, Oct 5 (APP)::Saudi Arabia is set to host the sixth Hajj Conference and Exhibition in Jeddah from November 8 to 11, 2026, under the patronage of King Salman. Organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Pilgrim Experience Programme, part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 initiative, the event will convene over 520 public, private, and nonprofit organizations from Saudi Arabia and abroad.
Serving as a key milestone for early preparations for the 2027 Hajj season, the conference provides a global platform for government officials, business leaders, and pilgrim affairs offices to finalize contracts, discuss operational and regulatory frameworks, establish partnerships, and showcase innovative solutions.
The event’s comprehensive program is structured around three core tracks:
Infrastructure and Operational Services: Covering transportation, logistics, facilities management, hospitality, accommodations, and catering.
Enablement and Integration: Focusing on security, safety, health care, media, communications, and technology.
Sustainable Development: Addressing the nonprofit sector, entrepreneurship, professional training, and enhancement of the pilgrim experience.
Running alongside the conference, a massive specialized exhibition spanning over 67,000 square meters will feature service providers and solutions from more than 150 countries, representing aviation, infrastructure, healthcare, technology, investment, and more. The broader agenda also includes specialized forums, panel discussions, workshops, roundtables, and business matching sessions.
Building on the success of the previous edition, which drew over 204,000 visitors and 270 exhibitors, the ministry encourages organizations, specialists, and stakeholders to participate. Further details and registration information are available at hajjconfex.com.
