ISLAMABAD, Oct 04 (APP):Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Sunday, lauded the timely and effective action of the security forces following a successful intelligence-based operation in Dera Ismail Khan.
The prime minister paid tribute to the security personnel for eliminating eight terrorists belonging to Fitna al-Khwarij during the operation.
He commended the bravery, professionalism, and unwavering commitment demonstrated by the officers and personnel in safeguarding the nation, PM Office Media Wing said in a press release.
The prime minister said that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the security forces in the fight against terrorism.
He reaffirmed the government’s resolve to continue operations against Fitna al-Khwarij until terrorism is completely eradicated.
He further emphasized that the complete elimination of terrorism was essential for ensuring lasting peace and stability in the country.
