Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University (SBBU), Shaheed Benazirabad, has commenced online computer-based pre-entry tests for admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programmes for the 2027 academic session.
SBBU begins online pre-entry tests for 2027 admissions

HYDERABAD, Oct 02 (APP): Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University (SBBU), Shaheed Benazirabad, has commenced online computer-based pre-entry tests for admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programmes for the 2027 academic session.
Vice Chancellor (VC) Prof Dr Madad Ali Shah visited various examination centres at the university’s main campus and reviewed arrangements for the tests, being conducted in phases from October 2 to 4, 2026.
Director Admissions Engineer Muhammad Tufail Memon said around 2,000 candidates had been declared eligible to appear in the admission tests for various disciplines, including Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Law and Legal Studies, Business Administration, Education, Media Studies, Chemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology, Microbiology, English, Sindhi, Economics, Statistics and Fine Arts.
The pre-entry tests at the Sanghar Campus will be held on October 9 and 10, while tests at the Naushahro Feroze Campus are scheduled for October 17 and 18.
Deputy Director Muhammad Zaman Rathoar and System Administrator Imadullah Hisbani said candidates would not be allowed to bring mobile phones, calculators or other electronic devices into the examination halls.
Speaking on the occasion, VC Prof Dr Madad Ali Shah said the university had always prioritised transparency to ensure merit and provide deserving male and female students with opportunities to pursue higher education.
