Newly elected office bearers of SCCI takes charge of office

Newly elected office bearers of the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) formally took charges of their respective offices on Thursday.

PESHAWAR, Oct 01 (APP): Newly elected office bearers of the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) formally took charges of their respective offices on Thursday.
Businessman Forum leader and former FPCCI President Ghazanfar Bilour, former presidents Haji Muhammad Afzal, Zahidullah Shinwari, Faiz Muhammad Faizi, Hasnain Khurshid, along with delegations of traders, manufacturers, exporters and importers and other sectors visited the chamber to congratulate the newly elected President Malik Imran Ishaq, newly elected senior vice president Naeemur Rehman and newly elected vice president Abid Pervaiz Awan.
The chamber secretary, General Muqtasid Ahsan, senior officers and staff members also extended warmest congratulations to the newly elected office bearers and executive committee.
On the occasion, traders from diverse sectors presented floral garlands and distributed sweets and yelled
‘pro-Businessman Forum’ slogans and leadership.
Traders expressed best wishes for the new office bearers and executive committee of the chamber, and they are confident that the elected cabinet will play a key role in resolving their problems.
President Malik Imran Ishaq while exchanging views on the occasion said the door of the chamber will always remain for the business community.
He vowed to serve the business community selflessly and urged traders to send the problems and hurdles in written form to formally take up with relevant authorities for their amicable solution.
SCCI chief noted KP business community is facing enormous challenges under the prevailing circumstances and stressed that it is highly crucial to provide a special economic relief package to alleviate the economic owes and difficulties of the trading community.
Earlier, the Businessman Forum leader Ghazanfar Bilour congratulated the newly elected office bearers and executive committee and emphasized that the Businessman Forum has always served the community without any discrimination.
He said the new cabinet would continue selfless services with new passion and zeal.
