Meeting discusses levy of Property Tax on small industrial estates
PESHAWAR, Sep 30 (APP): A meeting regarding the property tax levied by the Excise and Taxation Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on various Small Industrial Estates under the administrative control of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Small Industries Development Board (KP-SIDB) was held under the chairmanship of Managing Director, KP-SIDB.
The meeting was attended by officers of the Excise and Taxation Department, senior SIDB management, and representatives of the Industrialists Association Peshawar.
The matter was discussed in detail, and it was apprised that the issue is currently under consideration before the Cabinet Committee.
It was accordingly decided that the matter would remain pending until the final decision of the Cabinet Committee.
SIDB remains committed to facilitating industrialists and addressing matters affecting the sustainable growth of industrial estates.
