President Asif Ali Zardari has reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening its warm and friendly relations with Nigeria, saying the existing bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would continue to deepen and expand in the years ahead.

ISLAMABAD, Sep 30 (APP): President Asif Ali Zardari has reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening its warm and friendly relations with Nigeria, saying the existing bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would continue to deepen and expand in the years ahead.
“In his message to President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Nigeria’s Independence Day, President Zardari said Pakistan attaches great importance to its relations with Nigeria and expressed confidence that closer cooperation would serve the shared interests of the two peoples,” President Secretariat Media Wing said in a press release.
The president conveyed his best wishes for the continued peace, progress and prosperity of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
