Gold prices rise by Rs 4,300 per tola
ISLAMABAD, Sep 30 (APP):The prices of gold witnessed an increase in the local market on Wednesday, with the price of 24-karat gold per tola rising by Rs4,300 to settle at Rs441,636, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs3,686 to Rs378,631, whereas 10 grams of 22-karat gold rose by Rs3,379 to Rs347,091.
In the international market, the price of gold increased by $43 to $4,191 per ounce, the association reported.
Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs20 to Rs6,578, while the price of 10 grams of silver rose by Rs17 to Rs5,639.
The price of silver in the international market also increased by $0.20 to $61 per ounce, the association added.
