Director General (DG) National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi visited the Multan Circle and directed officials to fully digitalize records and provide quick guidance and legal help to citizens visiting the office.

ISLAMABAD, Sep 29 (APP): Director General (DG) National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi visited the Multan Circle and directed officials to fully digitalize records and provide quick guidance and legal help to citizens visiting the office.
An NCCIA official said that the Additional Director Multan Circle and other senior officers received DG Rizvi on his arrival.
During the visit, Rizvi inspected different sections, including the front desk, reporting centre, investigation wing and record room.
He reviewed facilities available for citizens, seating arrangements and the system for keeping records of cybercrime cases.
The DG Rizvi also met staff members individually, listened to their problems and issued directions to the concerned officers for their early resolution.
Rizvi directed officials to maintain cleanliness, regular attendance and discipline in the office and treat every citizen with respect and courtesy.
He asked the Additional Director to ensure complete digitalization of the circle’s records to improve the working system and management of cases.
The DG also directed that every person visiting the Multan Circle should be provided quick guidance and necessary legal assistance without unnecessary delay.
