President praises security forces for anti-terror operations in KP, Balochistan
ISLAMABAD, Sep 29 (APP):President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday paid rich tribute to the security forces and law enforcement agencies for successful operations against terrorists in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and for thwarting their nefarious designs through an effective strategy.
The president, in a statement, said that the entire nation was proud of the courage of the security forces and law enforcement personnel, emphasising that anti-terror operations would continue with full force till the eradication of terrorism.
He highlighted that Pakistan had sacrificed thousands of its brave sons and daughters in the war against terrorism and for the establishment of global peace.
The president said that the Pakistani nation and its valiant armed forces were capable and resolved to foil the designs of the enemies of peace and stability in Pakistan, the region, and the world.
He reiterated that, with the cooperation of friendly countries and allies, every effort by enemies of peace and stability would be thwarted.
