GUJRAT, Sep 28 (APP):District Health Authority Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr Syed Aitizaz Ahmed on Monday visited Maryam Nawaz Clinics at Chak Sada and Mandiala to review healthcare services and administrative arrangements.
According to a spokesperson, the CEO health checked staff attendance and reviewed the availability of medicines, maternal and child health and growth monitoring services, family planning, routine immunization and vaccine management at both clinics.
He also inspected the functioning of biomedical and electrical equipment and reviewed the daily registration of patient data and routine immunization records under the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS).
Dr Aitizaz Ahmed directed the concerned fixed-site vaccinator to ensure timely QR code tagging of children vaccination cards and proper recording of vaccination data.
