MALAKAND, Sep 28 (APP):Rescue 1122 Malakand responded to 80 emergency incidents during the week from September 21 to 27, according to its weekly performance report released on Monday.
The report, issued under the supervision of District Emergency Officer Nasir Khan, showed that the emergencies included 64 medical cases, 10 road traffic accidents, three firing or violence incidents, two recovery operations and one fire incident.
Under its Referral Ambulance Service, Rescue 1122 shifted 54 patients to hospitals, including 26 patients within the district and 28 to hospitals in other districts, the report said.
The Rescue 1122 control room received 2,487 calls during the week, including 801 information-related calls, while 1,546 were classified as fake, irrelevant or calls made by children, according to the spokesman.
