RAWALPINDI, Sep 27 (APP): On the directions of City Police Officer (CPO) Hassan Mushtaq Sukhera, Superintendent of Police SP Potohar, along with other senior police officers, reviewed security arrangements at churches and other important locations.
SDPOs, SHOs and other officers also remained present in the field and monitored the security arrangements.
Police ensured that worshippers entered churches only after complete body searches.
The police spokesperson said all necessary measures were being taken to ensure foolproof security at churches and other important places.
Protecting the lives and property of citizens is the police’s foremost priority, while officers are remaining active in the field to prevent crime and ensure public safety.
