QUETTA, Sep 25 (APP): Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, has emphasized that enhancing human resource capacity is of fundamental importance for the province’s sustainable development. He made these remarks during a meeting with Dr. Quratulain Bakhteari, head of the Institute for Development Studies and Practices (IDSP).
The meeting focused on youth education and training, community development, women’s empowerment, and broader social progress. Both sides discussed the need to provide modern, demand-driven education and practical training to young people, enabling them to harness their potential and play an effective role in economic and social development.
CM Bugti said that the youth are Balochistan’s most valuable asset, and by equipping them with education, skills, and employment opportunities, they can become active contributors to the province’s growth. He noted that the Balochistan government is taking effective measures in education, vocational training, women’s empowerment, and community development, while also benefiting from the expertise of institutions working in these areas.
