High Commissioner Saleem attends session with alumni of Pakistani universities in Ottawa
OTTAWA, Sep 25 (APP):High Commissioner for Pakistan to Canada Muhammad Saleem attended an interactive session with Ottawa-based engineering professionals and alumni of Pakistan’s Universities of Engineering and Technology (UETs).
The session, held on September 23, was attended by alumni of UET Lahore, UET Peshawar and UET Taxila. Member of Parliament Aslam Rana, an alumnus of UET Lahore, was the chief guest.
The high commissioner appreciated the valuable contribution of Pakistan-origin professionals in Canada to the country’s socio-economic development.
He also exchanged views with the participants on ways to further strengthen Pakistan-Canada cooperation in engineering, technology and other high-tech sectors.
