ATC orders video link appearance of Imaan Mazari, Hadi Ali Chattha

ISLAMABAD, Sep 25 (APP): An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Islamabad has ordered that Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha be produced before the court through video link in a case pertaining to alleged violation of protocol and assault on police.

ATC Judge, Tahir Abbas Supra issued the directions during the hearing after both accused failed to appear before the court despite being summoned.

Expressing displeasure over their absence, the judge said the case was being adjourned for a week and directed that both accused be produced before the court through video link on the next hearing.

The court subsequently adjourned the hearing until the following date. A case against Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha has been registered at Secretariat Police Station, Islamabad.
