RAWALPINDI, Sep 24 (APP): The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has shared a prescribed requirements checklist through its Housing Scheme Management System (HSMS) to facilitate housing scheme sponsors in submitting complete applications.
The initiative has been taken on the directions of the Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division and Director General RDA, Salman Ghani, to streamline the process and facilitate stakeholders.
According to the RDA spokesperson, sponsors can review the checklist and ensure that all required documents and information are complete before submitting their applications through the HSMS.
The initiative aims to help sponsors fulfil applicable legal, planning, technical and regulatory requirements, minimise deficiencies in applications and enable the Authority to process cases efficiently.
