Rupee gains 03 paisa against Dollar
ISLAMABAD, Sep 24 (APP):The Rupee on Thursday appreciated by 03 paisa against the US Dollar in interbank trading and closed at Rs 277.17, compared to the previous day’s closing of Rs 277. 20.
According to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of the dollar in the open market were recorded at Rs 278 and Rs 278.25, respectively.
The price of the Euro against the rupee decreased by Rs 0.93 and closed at Rs 315.65 against the previous day’s closing of Rs 316.58, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The Japanese Yen remained unchanged and closed at Rs 1.75, whereas the exchange rate of the British Pound witnessed a decrease of Rs 1.78 and closed at Rs 367.04 compared to the previous day’s Rs 368.82.
The exchange rates of the Emirate decreased by 02 pasia and closed at Rs75.46 while the Saudi Riyal remained stagnant at Rs 73.81.
