ISLAMABAD, Sep 23 (APP):Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry, Inspector General of Police Islamabad Captain (Retd) Muhammad Sohail Chaudhry and Chief Commissioner Islamabad on Wednesday held a meeting with elders and community representatives of Tarnol to discuss the law and order situation in the area and its adjoining localities.
The meeting focused on measures to maintain peace, prevent crime and strengthen coordination between citizens, police and other law enforcement agencies.
Talal Chaudhry urged community elders and representatives to continue extending their cooperation to law enforcement agencies to help maintain peace and security. He said active public participation and closer coordination between communities and security institutions were essential for ensuring lasting stability.
The elders assured the authorities of their continued cooperation with police and other law enforcement agencies and expressed their commitment to supporting efforts to prevent crime and maintain public order.
The participants agreed that stronger police-public cooperation would contribute to improving law and order in Tarnol and surrounding areas. The community representatives also reaffirmed their resolve to work alongside law enforcement agencies for sustainable peace and security.
