KARACHI, Sep 23 (APP): The Department of Physiology (poultry science program) of the University of Karachi and UM Enterprises signed a memorandum of understanding to establish an academic and research framework and technical collaboration to facilitate the students of the MPhil and PhD degree programs through joint scientific advancement.
As per the MoU, UM Enterprises will facilitate MPhil and PhD scholars for research projects by providing financial support for each project.
The KU Department of Physiology (poultry science program) and UM Enterprises agreed to initiate joint research activities in the areas of mutual interest, sharing of technical expertise and scientific knowledge.
The Director of KU’s Office of Innovation, Research and Commercialization Professor Dr Naeem Khan, and the Chief Executive Officer of UM Enterprises Liaquat Malik inked the MoU documents at the KU Vice Chancellor Secretariat on Wednesday.
