ISLAMABAD, Sep 23 (APP): The Government of Pakistan, Wednesday, announced the appointment of Lieutenant General Nauman Mahmood, Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military), (Retired), as the first Secretary General to the General Secretariat of the Alliance, pursuant to Makkah Joint Defence Agreement (MJDA). “Secretary General will lead the General Secretariat of the Alliance being established at Riyadh,” the Foreign Office Spokesperson said in a press release.
