Acting Chairman Senate felicitates Saudi leadership, people on National Day
ISLAMABAD, Sep 23 (APP):Acting Chairman Senate Syedaal Khan Nasar has extended heartfelt felicitations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Saudi leadership and the people of Saudi Arabia on the Kingdom’s 96th National Day.
In his message, he said the National Day reflects Saudi Arabia’s journey of unity, progress and development, and expressed best wishes for the Kingdom’s continued peace, prosperity and stability.
Syedaal Khan Nasar said Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy longstanding fraternal ties based on shared faith, mutual respect, trust and brotherhood.
He emphasized the need to further strengthen cooperation in trade, investment, energy, defence, education and healthcare.
He said the recent Strategic Mutual Defence Agreement reflects the strong mutual trust and shared commitment to security between the two brotherly countries. Enhanced parliamentary exchanges, he added, can further deepen bilateral relations.
The Acting Chairman reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to working with Saudi Arabia for peace, unity, cooperation and sustainable development in the Muslim world.
