ISLAMABAD, Sep 23 (APP):Director General National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi reviewed cyber crime prevention and investigation with SHOs of all NCCIA circles across the country, directing them to ensure timely and effective redressal of public complaints.
An official told APP on Wednesday that the DG chaired an important meeting of SHOs of all NCCIA circles through Zoom, where strategies to prevent cybercrime, improve investigations and provide prompt relief to citizens were discussed in detail.
Rizvi directed the officers to ensure timely justice, transparency and merit while dealing with public complaints and cyber crime cases.
He stressed that investigations should be completed with professionalism and due diligence, while complainants approaching NCCIA offices should receive proper assistance and facilitation.
The DG Rizvi also directed the SHOs to further strengthen the public-friendly image of NCCIA through better service delivery and professional handling of complaints and investigations.
